Patricia and I worked closely at Hawkins Companies for 5 years. During this time, Patrcia provided graphic design and real estate development coordination services for Hawkins, including my small team of pre-development managers.
Patricia’s ability to manage a process to completion is second to none. When she received a task or work order, she asked specific questions about the objective, the deliverables, and the timeline for the work. She led all of the sign posting coordination for Hawkins – both real estate leasing/marketing signs and public hearing notification signs. I may have missed a deadline or two in my 5 years at Hawkins. Patricia never did. When she committed to delivering a sign to a site by a certain date, she always met her deadline.
Patricia delivered designs quickly and efficiently. Whenever we needed a visual to help a Planning Commission or City Council understand something challenging, Patricia always created it. She helped me provide context when I delivered complex ideas to Planning Commissions and City Councils across the Treasure Valley. If a graphic needed to be refined (often it did not, because she took the time to ask questions up front), she turned work around quickly.
